This is to inform the general public that Pursuant to Section 12 of the CRFFN Act, the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN) has commenced enforcement of relevant provisions of the CRFFN Act. The Council was established by Act 16 of 2007 as agency of the Federal Ministry of Transportation.
